For us, sustainability is a matter of course.
We strive to minimize our footprint and continuously work to create menus that respect the environment and also offer our guests a memorable and tasty experience.
We use the whole raw material and reuse as much of our ingredients as possible to reduce food waste and also provide our guests with creative and sustainable meals.
In this way, we ensure that natural resources are not wasted.

Our work with local producers and farmers also strengthens the sustainability of our operations as we reduce transport distances and also support local agriculture and producers. Working with our local producers allows us to ensure the quality of the raw materials while also contributing to the local economy.

When it comes to our wine selection, we have chosen to only select wines from Europe to achieve shorter delivery distances and minimize the environmental impact of transportation.
The wines we serve are selected for their quality and sustainable production, meaning that every glass consumed contributes to our sustainability strategy.
In addition to working with the raw material, the resulting waste is of course sorted at source.
Through our work with sustainability, we hope to offer a dining experience that is both good for the environment and our guests.
